February 2025 marked our company’s participation in the Kielce Energy Storage Show—Poland’s second-biggest PV and energy storage event—where we focused on strengthening collaborations with existing clients and unlocking new market potential across Central and Eastern Europe. The exhibition brought together local installers, distributors, and industry stakeholders, making it a key hub for addressing energy storage needs in Poland, as well as in neighboring countries like Romania, Bulgaria, and Ukraine.

Conversations at the show shed light on Poland’s evolving energy storage market: Residential energy storage has matured over the past 2–3 years, boasting substantial installed capacity and broad acceptance among homeowners. In contrast, commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage is now entering a growth phase—set to accelerate further thanks to Poland’s 2025 government policies that will prioritize C&I storage 推广 (promotion). This policy support is opening up opportunities for large-scale systems (1MW, 2MW, etc.) to be deployed across more commercial and industrial settings.

A notable breakthrough from the event was a partnership discussion with a major supermarket near Warsaw. The supermarket aims to solve its electricity supply challenges by installing two container-based C&I energy storage systems. Following the exhibition, our team has moved quickly to refine detailed technical solutions and conduct on-site inspections of the supermarket’s location. The project is currently progressing smoothly, with plans to complete and commission it by the end of 2025. Once finished, this project will act as a “customized C&I storage model” to showcase how tailored solutions can meet Poland’s commercial energy needs.

Our time at the Kielce Energy Storage Show underscores our focus on Poland and Central/Eastern Europe. By adapting to local market trends—from mature residential storage to emerging C&I demand—and aligning with government policies, we aim to expand our market share and deliver solutions that drive real value for local clients.
